Warner Bros. Discovery /HBO Max & Creative Equity Initiative

As a producer, creative director, and strategist, I concepted and co-led the formation of a new content initiative at HBO Max focused on equity-driven frameworks for storytelling development and production greenlighting.

I led the creative vision and brand development of the initiative — shaping its identity, aligning executive support across the studio, and building its inaugural project slate with secured financing, A-list talent, and brand sponsorships.

Following the merger into Warner Bros. Discovery, I guided the initiative through a full rebrand and strategic repositioning within the new corporate structure — earning buy-in from incoming senior leadership and expanding its mission into new internal programs and pipelines.

I led the creative and production development of the initiative’s inaugural slate — overseeing projects across documentary, film, and television, both scripted and unscripted — spanning global adventure, sports, and prestige drama, and produced in collaboration with Emmy-winning talent and top HBO showrunners.
